Formal Economy The part of the economy where businesses are registered, pay taxes, and can apply for funding or big contracts.

Helplink Micro A full support package that includes an NQF course, mentorship, business tools, and potential grant funding — for entrepreneurs ready to go formal.

Helplink AI A self-paced learning track that teaches you how to use AI and digital tools to run your business — no mentorship or funding needed.

Mentorship One-on-one support from experienced business professionals who guide you, answer questions, and help you avoid common mistakes.

Micro-Business A very small business — often a side hustle or informal operation — usually with 1–5 employees.

NQF Level 4 Course An accredited training program that teaches you key business skills, with a special focus on using AI and tech to grow your business.
